SuperPowered ADHD is an AI-powered productivity and coaching platform designed for individuals with ADHD. The Service includes daily planning tools, AI coaching, task management, reading companions, and related features.
Important: SuperPowered ADHD is a productivity tool, not a medical device or therapeutic service. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching messages, task suggestions, and insights. You acknowledge that:
SuperPowered ADHD is currently in early access. Pricing details will be communicated before any paid features are activated. Founding members who join the waitlist will receive preferential pricing that locks in at their signup rate.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPowered ADHD and its founder, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI coaching prompts, is the intellectual property of SuperPowered ADHD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
Your content (brain dumps, reflections, goals, etc.) remains your intellectual property.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
