Who We Are

SuperPowered ADHD is a product in development. Our website is superpoweredadhd.ai. For any privacy questions, email us at privacy@superpoweredadhd.ai.

What Data We Collect

Right now, we only have a waitlist signup form. When you sign up, we collect:

• Your name -so we can address you like a human, not a ticket number
• Your email address -so we can send you updates
• What you'd fix first (optional) -a general category you choose from a dropdown, like "staying focused" or "time blindness." This helps us understand what matters most to the people we're building for.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, health records, diagnostic information, or any data beyond what's listed above.

How We Store Your Data

Your waitlist data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Access is restricted to the founder via authenticated credentials. Row-level security policies ensure that signups can only be created, not read, from the public website. No third parties have access to this data.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Send you a welcome email when you sign up
• Send you periodic updates about what we're building (weekly at most)
• Notify you when early access or founding member spots open
• Understand what challenges matter most to our audience (in aggregate, never individually shared)

We will never:

• Sell your data to anyone
• Share your email with third parties
• Send you emails from other companies
• Use your information for advertising

Email Communications

After signing up, you'll receive:

• One welcome email (immediately)
• A short series of updates over the first two weeks (5 emails total)
• Occasional milestone updates as we build (infrequent, only when there's real news)

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately. Your data stays in our records unless you ask us to delete it.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website currently does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking. We don't know who visits the site unless you choose to sign up.

We self-host our fonts, so no requests are made to Google Fonts or other external font services.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data -Ask us what we have on file for you
• Correct your data -Update your name or email
• Delete your data -Ask us to remove everything we have about you
• Unsubscribe -Stop receiving emails at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@superpoweredadhd.ai. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Data Retention

We keep your waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until the product launches and you either convert to a user account or we clean up inactive signups. We won't hold onto your data indefinitely if you're not engaged.

Children's Privacy

SuperPowered ADHD is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete their data immediately.

Security

Our founder is an enterprise technology and security executive with 30 years in the industry. We take data protection seriously:

• The waitlist database is access-controlled with row-level security (founder only)
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• When we build the product, it will follow OWASP security standards and implement encryption at rest

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes (like collecting new types of data), we'll email you about it. We won't quietly change the rules on you.

When the Product Launches

This privacy policy covers the waitlist phase only. When SuperPowered ADHD launches as a product, we'll publish a comprehensive privacy policy covering app data, AI interactions, and account information. We'll notify all waitlist members before that transition happens.
